The best weather for me is when it's not too cold, and not too hot. Also damp rainy days can be difficult.

Me too, the only issue too cool isn't good either it gets me winded. The feel of a cold breath similar to having ingested to many mint or Ricola candies

Absolutely! However not too cold. 55-65 is Best in my experience.
